AgentReady (agentreadyindex.io) is operated from Hong Kong. We provide agent-commerce readiness scoring for ecommerce brands and online businesses. Contact: voxxler@voxxler.com.

2. Data We Collect

Domain submissions: When you submit a domain for scoring, we collect the domain URL and your email address.
Crawl data: We crawl publicly accessible pages on submitted domains. We do not access password-protected pages.
Usage data: We collect anonymised page-view data to understand how the site is used. No cross-site tracking.
Contact data: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

3. How We Use Your Data

To calculate and deliver your Agent Readiness Score.
To email you your score results and, if requested, audit reports.
To improve the scoring methodology and index.
To contact you about your score if you have opted in.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your email address with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. transactional email providers).

4. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics are privacy-first and do not require consent banners.

5. Data Retention

Domain scores and crawl results are retained indefinitely to power the public index. Email addresses are retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing voxxler@voxxler.com.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at voxxler@voxxler.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Anthropic's Claude API for LLM-based scoring. Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not share personal data beyond what is necessary for service delivery.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
